Briefing: Suspicious thermal reactions were detected in Cement Plant Dormitory area, resembling those observed during the previous Substation investigation. Although higher-ups have granted us some decryption privileges, we can only ascertain that the source of the thermal reaction appears linked to an unidentified object know as "Mandel Brick". I will utilize all available intelligence sources to gather information about the Mandel Brick. However, to prevent our leads from growing stale, we must prioritize investigating the confirmed targets, even if it entails risk.
